Im paperless!!

This is the app that can help me track what, who and where I go as a long haul trucker. I love this app... HOWEVER, it constantly crashes on me when trying to enter data. Doesnt matter if Im using my iPhone 6s Plus or the iPad Pro 12.9. I love what this app can do! I just wish it wouldnt crash.

Ive been looking for something with just these features since my last app was abruptly pulled from the App Store with all my networking info. This app allows exporting for backup and syncing with the cloud. It automates importing contacts or creating new ones and adding them to your actual phone book rather than trapping info in the app. I can even customize fields for organizing connections, and its all searchable! Fantastic app!

I have a small pool repair company and this app is perfect for my needs. Lets me keep a log of all my clients with their information and addresses. Lets me type notes about each job and if they call because they need my services again I can search by their name or address and pull up their record to see when I was out there and what I did to their pool. Never crashed and I can back my information to my dropbox account. Overall no problems and supper happy with this app. Worth every penny for me!

Doesnt sync with Mac & iPad unless youre willing to work through laundry list of work arounds.

Update 9.27.16: It would be nice if they would update the app for iOS 10. Its buggy- cant delete logs and sometimes it freezes up. Ive been looking for an app like this for a long time. Ive only had it for a week, and I already love it. It is an excellent way to keep track of business and personal information for any or all of your contacts. Works seamlessly with your iPhone contacts. It is both simple to use and an extremely powerful tool that that will help you remember important information.

I originally gave the program 5 stars. In fact, I was such a fan that I purchased the app for my Mac, iPhone and iPad. I have now lowered my rating to 1 star. Contacts Journal did everything I needed, and technical support was excellent. The problem was that the apps iCloud syncing caused me massive issues. First contact names against individual logs (contact notes) were all jumbled, which I had to manually correct. I recently discovered that A LOT of my notes were lost due to the iCloud problems. Those missing notes are from last year, and there is no way to retrieve them. I since started using the manual syncing option via Dropbox which appears to be more robust. If you use this app, do not be lured into the trap of using the iCloud syncing. You will be sorry.

This is an excellent app. Ive waiting a long time to find an app like this. It has been a life saver, time saver & money saver. I LOVE this app. I especially love the map feature, because I can view all of my contacts & their location in the city. As I am out visiting, making house calls I can see other parishioners that live in the area who are saved in my contacts. To me this contacts app is off the chart. And just think, their asking for suggestions to improve it, WOW!!! This app is truly worth 10.00, Im making & saving well above that thru its features. They also have an excellent support team. One evening I encountered a problem & I contacted them via email. In less than an hour I got a response from them & the needed help. Thank you support team for all that you do.

The best CRM app on the store by far and the developer keeps updating regularly. The app does a great job in integrating with the iPhones address book - you can just choose a contact from the address book and start adding notes for that contact. It took me only a couple of taps to make a note of a restraunts one of my big customers mentioned he liked (i try to keep track of the likes / dislikes of my customers - very important when you are in sales). 5 stars from me - well worth the money!

I would be lost now without CJournal...its my laptop in the palm of my hands!

Use to be a good app but the last update keeps crashing. Please fix ASAP. And time for a refreshing redesign too.

Its not worth what theyre charging and the file section is a mess. You cant sort it and they only offer a list format.

Still a 5-star app. My go-to since 2012. I tell everyone I work with to get this app. I would love the map to offer a filter of only contacts with to-dos, but active contacts is close. This continues to be my go-to app for every note I need in my sales job. I have over 2500 contacts, and this really keeps me organized. Love the Dropbox backup. iCloud is good too. ......... I had been putting off spending the $ for this app, but finally broke down, and Im so glad I got it! Contacts were easy to import, and I have just the ones I want. The journal will make my weekly reports tremendously easier. The calendar syncs beautifully with the phone. AND - So great that its a one-time cost - no monthlies, no upgrade! And no other database required.

The custom data options make this app really flexible for all kinds of contacts, interactions, meetings, etc. So far its fast and stable.

One of the best maintained apps I use. This app helps me quickly access previous files related to each customer, follow up phone calls and emails.
