Ive used this app for a while. It works well. There are always tweaks I would make, but it works great and is getting better all the time. My biggest kudos go to the support team. During a recent IOS upgrade, l lost everything. The support team stuck with me for several days until we found a solution that worked. Everything is restored now. I really appreciate the support this team provided. Now I know if I should encounter another problem, they are there for me.

Once you sync two devices, information get mixed. Its a total disaster. I am deleting the app from my machines. It is definitely not reliable. Stay clear from it.

I used this app for primary client management for 6month. but, After update, I lost lots of logs & very important info. from icloud back up. No response from app developer too. Worst experience ever.

Great for integrating all types of records under one contact. Recent update improved a great deal by allowing searches through all the different fields in one location. Would be much better if it would integrate and download emails.

A crm app that doesnt require a subscription and a corporate acct. Really a great life management app.

Without getting in the way. Pleased with the ability to manually sort todos and locations. Makes input much quicker.

Most valuable app I have. Helps me keep track of my clients. Works perfectly.

This app is worthless now...it crashes all the time when writing in the log! Fix the crashes!

This is an excellent app. Ive waiting a long time to find an app like this. It has been a life saver, time saver & money saver. I LOVE this app. I especially love the map feature, because I can view all of my contacts & their location in the city. As I am out visiting, making house calls I can see other parishioners that live in the area who are saved in my contacts. To me this contacts app is off the chart. And just think, their asking for suggestions to improve it, WOW!!! This app is truly worth 10.00, Im making & saving well above that thru its features. They also have an excellent support team. One evening I encountered a problem & I contacted them via email. In less than an hour I got a response from them & the needed help. Thank you support team for all that you do.

The only thing that would make this perfect is the option to sync data with salesforce.

One of the finest apps. Great value for money. Also works great for entrepreneurs who cannot afford monthly subscriptions of similar apps. The customer service is great too. I will recommend to everyone.

I have tried many CRM apps out there and this one is by far the best I have used. I use mine daily and never have any issues with it. It syncs with my calendar nicely. you can save documents to your clinets files, etc. Go with this one if your trying others, you wont be disapointed.

So much for iCloud back up. Doesnt work, lost all my logs.

- I do not have the desktop version so do not sync with anything - The first time i installed and tried importing selected contacts it crashed - Next time i installed i did not import any contacts but just created them from within the app and it worksd fine - Assigning contacts to groups works better than the native contacts app imo - This app is simple but it works, which is great. The logs date and time stamped is what I like the best. It keeps a record of everything I need to know about my customers and is phone based so is always available - Its a bit buggy in places but does what I need easily. The corporate system I am supposed to use is too difficult, this is better as it just works

UPDATED: Keeps getting better! Apple Watch support! Big thank you to the devs! I purchased this app three years ago and its constantly getting better thought. Custom fields, iCloud support and Touch ID support on iOS 9! The best CRM app on the store by far and the developer keeps updating regularly! The app does a great job in integrating with the iPhones address book - you can just choose a contact from the address book and start adding notes for that contact. It took me only a couple of taps to make a note of a restraunts one of my big customers mentioned he liked (i try to keep track of the likes / dislikes of my customers - very important when you are in sales). 5 stars from me - well worth the money!

I purchased this on both my iPhone and iPad and was excited about its possibilities. However, when I upgraded my phone to a 6s Plus and switched to iOS9, it stopped working. It just keeps crashing. I have reported this several times but they havent fixed it. Ill update my review if they ever fix the issues. For now, dont buy this.

I am really enjoying this app. The only thing I wish I could do would be to link up the calling and texting option with another app such as google voice since I use a google voice phone number for my business. But I love how it tracks things and you can enter events and they go on my icloud calendar!

Still a 5-star app. My go-to since 2012. I tell everyone I work with to get this app. I would love the map to offer a filter of only contacts with to-dos, but active contacts is close. This continues to be my go-to app for every note I need in my sales job. I have over 1500 contacts, and this really keeps me organized. Love the Dropbox backup. iCloud is good too. ......... I had been putting off spending the $ for this app, but finally broke down, and Im so glad I got it! Contacts were easy to import, and I have just the ones I want. The journal will make my weekly reports tremendously easier. The calendar syncs beautifully with the phone. AND - So great that its a one-time cost - no monthlies, no upgrade! And no other database required.
