Major flaw

I originally gave the program 5 stars. In fact, I was such a fan that I purchased the app for my Mac, iPhone and iPad. I have now lowered my rating to 1 star.

Contacts Journal did everything I needed, and technical support was excellent. The problem was that the apps iCloud syncing caused me massive issues. First contact names against individual logs (contact notes) were all jumbled, which I had to manually correct. I recently discovered that A LOT of my notes were lost due to the iCloud problems. Those missing notes are from last year, and there is no way to retrieve them. I since started using the manual syncing option via Dropbox which appears to be more robust.

If you use this app, do not be lured into the trap of using the iCloud syncing. You will be sorry.
