Works with my iPhone 6 well no problem.

Fantastic app! Fantastic value! And really great customer support as well. Im on the road with about 1200 contacts I visit on a regular basis. I tested 4 or 5 of the big players in the CRM market before discovering Contacts Journal about 2 years ago on the App Store. I purchased it on a whim while I was still testing out the big players. The more I used CJ, the more I loved it. It does everything I ever wanted in a mobile CRM. Its my single most valuable tool. And any questions Ive ever had have always been responded to very promptly by their support staff. I just purchased the Mac version last week. Extremely excited to be able to use CJ on my desktop now too.

Keeps track of my daily activity in Real Time. This way I can do admin towards the end of the day. Its quick and easy but some glitches in the location section. Not always easy to add something and map does not search for addresses easily according to name of place.

I use CJ on my iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook. I purchased the apps because it was not web-based and was made for Mac. However, syncing between my devices has been very disappointing. I switch between devices numerous times throughout the day and I need the info I have updated on my previous device to be available on the others. Very often it isnt. The app also needs more features like the ability to add tabs that can be named for fields and the ability to save templates for fields.

If they support rtf or other fonts this can go beyond greatness.

The customer service of this organization is terrible. The sync frequently messes up, and all they seem able to do is email canned responses and not actually deal with the issues. Consequently Ive just lowered my rating from 5 to 2

I have been using the app since April 2015 and it is so handy for tracking sales contacts and everything to do with sales . Live keep improving it makes my life easier

I enjoy this app so much I purchased it on my personal phone to manage friends and family and also on my company phone to manage business contacts. If any manager needs an update on my progress I can email it to them in 30 seconds. Highly recommended.

I have tried several other CRMs and all seem pretty invasive and difficult to use. I like the streamlined approach this app takes. It is easy to use and works well with the weekly activity reports I need to produce. Because you can export a report to excel I simply cut and paste my activities into our weekly activity form. It impressed my manager so much it looks like the rest of the sales staff will start using it.

Best and easiest CRM I have used. I run my consulting business off it using my portable devices. There is room for improvement and make it even better.

Great app. Works well for keeping things on track. I use it for Construction Project Management - Who Does What By When.

Its great. Needs a desktop app and some tweaks.

i am using contacts journal in 2 macs and one iphone. it seems that this iphone cant be synched with the data of macs and it overwrites the new data of macs with the old data of this iphone. this CJournal of iphone is in no connection with iCloud, i guess.

The synchronization between ipad and iphone versions goes wrong - logs are written to different contacts, different folders names in dropbox used, needs to be corrected. Not correct cyrillic sync,

Could you please add tags to easily consolidate and navigate among logs, which are on the same topic but linked to different contacts. Thank you!
