this app is fantastic! im a sales agent in medical business and ive to manage many customers and other stuff you can imagine. ive searched for a lot an app to help me keeping track of my appointments, remembering me what ive to do and all these things while is integrated with ical on my mac.Now ive the data of what ive done till now with every contact and what i have to do in the future! they often update the app and the customer service is really fast and helpful. Ill suggest to introduce a system to remind you which contact you dont see for a while and and another one to let you know how much you spend to visit every customer.. this to let you know how much your work does it cost! really amazing app

I purchased this a while back. I just recently started using it regularly. I dont regret the purchase at all. This app is excellent for keeping track of clients, criteria, due dates, and items to be completed. I love that reports on logs and to-do items can be emailed either for one client, all clients, or selected clients. Its also super easy to attach notes, save important files, and keep up with the to do tasks. I love being able to set up a "todo" for the future without having to put it in the sea of appointments on my calendar. Love this app.

...since I cant seem to add a contact to a group. Not terribly intuitive. Looks like I just flushed ten bucks down the drain.

I love how customizable this contacts app is. I made myself a wish list of everything I wanted to track with customers and prospects, then used the User Fields, To Do tasks, Groups, and Logs to do it. Its absolutely perfect. And I love that its just a one time app fee, not monthly.

The iPhone app is really great, the best one Ive found on the App Store. Now I just hope they work out the kinks with the Mac app... Its hasnt proven to work for me just yet, trouble with syncing up. But the app works great.

I love the mapping of contacts for when on the road. And, how it logs all calls and emails!!

Its a great app but i dont like that I paid 10$ for this app. Then they want $20 for the iPad app. Then $40 for the desktop app.

Great CRM. Use it every day. Have IOS for iPhone and Mac app. Both work great.

Love how seamlessly it works with my iPhone apps. Great for keeping logs and calendar meetings, etc. Would be even better if they added integration with WhatsApp. Also would be great if we could create template emails to send directly from the app.

The description of this app says it is compatible with iPhone and iPad, however, it requires that you purchase a separate $19.99 app for the iPad. Do not purchase this $9.99 app for your iphone thinking you can download to your iPad as well.

Ive only used it a few days. But, its just what I wanted. A reasonably priced CRM. Nothing fancy... Just everything you need!

Bummer to learn this after I bought app. Privacy is key, and why grant access when not needed for functionality?

I am so sorry I ever let this thing touch my calendar. Marking a to-do item complete results in erasure of a linked calendar entry. I didnt ask for that. The worst is that I cant reconstruct my calendar entries from CJournals log, because I didnt let CJournal make log entries for my appointments -- because my calendar was already my trusted log of my appointments. Was.

The app is good for beginner CRM. Wish the log would document length of phone contacts. And would be good if incoming client calls were auto-logged. Love the log export option! Hope this continues being developed.

Ive tried to like this app but find it very confusing to navigate. I import contacts then try to find them to add to groups and they have "disappeared". I do like that phone and messaging are integrated into the app, but finding and categorizing contacts is very confusion

I I use this app for nearly everything besides the obvious phone numbers... I track time with specific clients/jobs I use it as a cross reference on previous clients, I use it to track data. But best of all since most of my to dos are related to people I have nearly illuminated other to do lists.

This has been a great tool. Very user friendly.

Working out well for us, with our handling our clients accounts and projects.

I use these everyday to keep logs of visits and to dos for my 30+ customers. A road reps best friend.
