This app helps make my iPhone my work phone. Im using it to manage contacts for my rental property. I can create groups for each property, and schedule showings right from this app. I log my messages, and attach files including VM recordings and completed paperwork. I can even use custom fields to keep track of Lease Start and Lease End dates. Customer support quickly answered my question about going from the log back to the contact. You can, with a handy shortcut!

This App is really terrific. It has lots of ways to track the progress of the sales cycle, to be reminded of different events, to plan, and to search local areas and then see the pens on the map so that you can plan which account to go to first. Very well thought out and I look forward to the future enhancements which come out regularly. I think the product is really first class and definitely does the job. I recommend it highly.

Needed something flexible to track and log my calls to people already in my contacts as well as new potential customers. Have this app a shot and absolutely love it. Running on iOS 9. Did experience a minor glitch but it pales compared to the ease of use and simplicity of the app. Highly recommend!

Ive looked for 2 years for a replacement for ACT on my pic. One challenge I had was to keep a history of my meetings. Another was to easily change appointment dates. A third was to have repeating appointments and get warnings of those meetings ahead of time. Contacts Journal does all of this. But the final feature that made me switch was the ability to create my own fields. This app is superb and easy to use. Another surprise was the excellent support. They respond to my dumb questions and are even nice about it. Goodbye ACT.

This app has a problem assigning some of your contacts to a group. Have reported the problem several times.

iPhone syncing to the iCloud does not work. It constantly crashes the app when I try to use it. I bought the $40 version for my mac, but will have to delete it and asked for a full refund since I cannot sync these two applications

This is one of the easies apps for this purpose available in the App Store, but it can definitely be improve a lot.

I used to print lots of paper and have file folders for my customers I would be visiting for the week. I now attach the files I need for the day into the current contact and then make my to do list and I can journal my notes after the meeting in my phone. No paper and everything is at my fingertips.

Ive used many CRM databases but none of them are as easy to use on the iPhone as this one. I would happily recommend this app to anyone who uses their iPhone for work. I rarely spend the money to purchase apps but this was worth it.

CJournal is very useful to keep track of clients for my business. The geographic data is interesting to view if addresses are known, and having something on my phone, separate from the rest of my phone for work is very convenient and relaxing. One thing that bothers me is when I try to perform a todo task, the contact info is not available right there for me to view, I can only see who the client is, then I have to go searching through to get the info I need to perform that task. Otherwise, this app has been very useful and keeps me more productive and connected to clients. For a one time cost, while most CRM programs require subscriptions, you really cant go wrong.

Use it all the time. Since "ACT" hasnt worked for years on my PC, I now use this. Awesome program. Had early growing pains using iCloud and merging with other devices. Now use it on Dropbox and dont have any sync issues.

My go to app in 2015 - couldnt speak more highly of an app & recommended to everyone. I upgraded phones in Jan 2016 to the 6 plus, it keeps crashing on me. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Horrible app! The current issue is the app is not saving the information entered in the logs tab. Incredible waste of time! Re-review - way too many bugs! Sync issues all day long! A real time killer! (solitaire is a better way to waste your time) I do not recommend this app! Waste of time & money! They really need to fix the add new contacts (new contacts detected) from your contacts application. It worked in the last version. All in all I its a pretty good application but not ready for prime time.

I have used the app and have had a very good experience with it.

Mostly loving this ap. Had a problem trying to edit auto added names but now that I know I can only edit contacts manually added Im ok with it. If I were to tweak something it would be to send a group email. Or to more easily link a group to constant contact or mailchimp. There is an export function so with an added step I can do that.

CJournal is quickly becoming my "go to app" for CRM.

Although I dont totally have all the possibilities figured out, this application is amazing! It does so many things that are so helpful. I love the to do and logs connected to contacts. Years ago I tried to find a way to do that. Now I need to figure out how to attach documents. THANK You

A great app, use it religiously. Great way to manage customer info and relationships. Had trouble early on backing up over iCloud as it kept freezing up and losing data. Fixed that by backing up to Dropbox; but if could be assured that iCloud issues are resolved, would do so there.

This is an amazing app! It has totally helped me keep track of the sales cycle with my customers! I really like the call log to track conversations, and also being able to attach files and pictures! This is a must have tool to have if you are in sales! Excellent customer service. Worth the investment!!!
