unable to synch with icloud data of iphone

i am using contacts journal in 2
macs and one iphone.

it seems that this iphone cant be synched with the data of macs and it overwrites the new data of macs with the old data of this iphone.

this CJournal of iphone is in no connection with iCloud, i guess.
